Forrester’s JP Gownder and 1E’s Founder and CEO, Sumir Karayi, kicked off WFA2020 by discussing the new enterprise IT agenda in the wake of COVID-19. They discussed how enterprises have transitioned from flexible working to coronavirus-driven full-scale remote working, and how they’re now finding their feet in a new, ‘work from anywhere’ model. They presented key challenges, this session explored the ways enterprises can rebuild for 2020 and beyond.

This session looked at the latest insights on how the remote employee experience in this sector has been impacted by the pandemic and what IT should be doing in response.

How do we prevent unauthorized use of privileges, from adding new admins to using USB keys? 3. Can we enable self-service to provide exceptions to security controls? 4. Can I automate the creation of VPN connections for remote users? Our Partner Chief Technologist, Jason Keogh demonstrated these and other scenarios in our Tachyon Masterclass.
