About Rob Peterscheck
Rob Peterscheck, VP of Product, 1E, is responsible for providing 1E’s future technical direction, including driving product alignment and innovation across the company. Rob has more than 20 years of industry experience. His latest endeavor prior to joining 1E was the technology behind the user-facing products at global pharma giant, Novartis, which included the Office 365 set of products, VDI, and the client.
About Adrian Todd
Adrian Todd has been with 1E since 2011 and has been the Tachyon Product Manager since its inception in 2015. Before becoming a Product Manager, Adrian was a Principle Consultant where he specialized in System Management Design, Operational Processes and Operating System Deployment. Prior to joining 1E, he work for 19 year at John Lewis Partnership where he held many various roles from application developer to Technical Lead for Configuration Manager and also saw him work on Citrix, VMware and Microsoft server technologies.
About Alex Adams
Alex has been leading and working with teams to build lean digital products for over four years. He began his career in product working in early-stage series-A/B start-ups. Most notably a Virtual Reality start-up that solved hiring and promotion problems within large organisations leveraging AR. He is currently focused on gaining key user insights to enable a clear empathic vision across the teams at 1E starting with Tachyon with eyes on Patch Success.
Prior to joining 1E he was the Product Owner of Haymarket Medical, focusing on the technical challenges of providing tools and information to front-line NHS staff during the most uncertain times in recent years. Focusing on delivering viable deliverables for the business whilst maximising user impact through research, testing and best UX practice.
His demo will focus on user-pain during time critical moments when working from home, utilising the power of Tachyon to identify, remediate and prevent employees from feeling limited by their device.
About Kaustubh Jhunjhunwala
Kaustubh Jhunjhunwala, Product Manager – ServiceNow integrations, is passionate about building bridges between 1E products and ITSM solutions like ServiceNow and Remedy.
KJ is a Certified Implementation Specialist in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. He worked as a Professional Services Partner with ServiceNow before joining 1E. He’s been in the IT Industry since 2008 working with some of the world’s largest enterprises from various verticals including Manufacturing, Energy, Telecom, Healthcare, Financial Services and Insurance.
