About Kurt De Ruwe

Kurt is the CIO at Signify. Prior to joining Signify (then Philips Lighting) as CIO in 2013, he was CIO of Bayer MaterialScience. He has received a Leader in the Digital Age (LIDA) award in the manager category at CeBIT, the largest computer trade show in Germany, in part for his work on a change-management project at Bayer in which he encouraged employees to contribute ideas regardless of their rank, expertise, or assigned silo. He has also held positions at Huntsman and ICI. Kurt’s areas of expertise include strategy development, conceptual design of new systems to support improved business processes, eBusiness, SAP and data warehousing. Kurt joins us to unpick the new digital workplace research and share his thoughts on the future work from anywhere enterprise.

Paul Hardy, Evangelist, Chief Innovation Office, ServiceNow. There’s hardly an IT leader on earth unaware of ServiceNow and the role they play in IT transformation. Paul Hardy joined ServiceNow in January 2016 as Evangelist, Chief Innovation Office, EMEA. He is regarded as a trusted adviser to CIOs, leadership teams and business executives for service management. At ServiceNow, he’s responsible for shaping the company’s overall messaging, while also providing input into the future development of the ServiceNow suite of product. Paul will be unpicking the findings of the exclusive research and look at the current state of the remote employee experience.
