She brings an exceptional track record in a range of disciplines from sales, customer services, trade marketing, organisational leadership development, talent management and HR leadership.

Nikki has an extraordinary drive with a motivating, action orientated approach to the challenges of fast moving and complex organisations. Having lead European and global teams in tech businesses, she understands the skills and attributes required to navigate and influence with or without authority. As co-founder of a women in tech movement, she spent 6 years driving the gender agenda in the UK, working with government bodies, corporates and the community of advocates to move the needle in an action oriented way, and the last 2 years has focused more broadly on Inclusion and Inclusive leadership at scale.

She has helped global organisations for over 20 years, with subjects such as Leadership team development, Executive coaching, Culture transformation, Org redesign, and Women in Leadership programmes. Assisting teams transition through major change, or elevating their performance to reach their full potential is her mission. Nikki has worked with small, medium and large enterprise customers with Leaders driving Global functions, CEO’s and their leadership teams, VPs and regional MD’s in companies including Qlik, LinkedIN, Adevinta, Hootsuite, Kantar, Telefonica, SAP,  Splunk, Black Swan,  Sedna, and Toyota Connected.
